The leading cause of death among men and women is heart disease. According to the CDC, nearly 700,000 people die of heart disease annually, which is equivalent to almost 30% of all deaths in the U.S.
Since men develop heart disease 10-15 years earlier than women, men are more likely to die from it at the prime of their lives.
Sadly, nearly half of those who die from heart attacks each year, never showed prior symptoms of the disease. What that means is, you could be suffering RIGHT NOW, and not even know it! For the other half, here are some of the symptoms of heart disease:
Chest pain, tightness, pressure and discomfort (angina).
Shortness of breath.
Pain, numbness or weakness in legs or arms.
High blood pressure or high cholesterol
In addition to the symptoms above, you may develop poor circulation, which could lead to swelling of legs, feet and ankles.
There is also a very strong connection between Erectile Dysfunction and Heart Disease, so if you want to keep blood circulating properly, filter out germs and other bacteria in the blood that impede circulation and help keep Mr. Happy happy 🍆😉🤣, then here are some things you can include in your regimen:
Exercise for atleast 30 minutes per day to improve circulation.
Drink atleast half your body weight in water.
Destress as much as possible by deep breathing or meditation/yoga.
Consume Cayenne pepper water (about 1/4tsp in a cup of water nightly) to increase blood flow and stimulate the release of nitric oxide. I haven't found any credible studies on it, but I've read that cayenne pepper under the tongue can stop a heart attack in less than 30 seconds.
Take Sea Moss. Sea Moss helps increase circulation because it's high mineral content, helps to filter out the blood and reduces inflammation.
